After years of coaching, teaching, writing, and holding space for transformation, I’m shifting gears — not away from what I love, but into something even more aligned with who I am becoming. I’m excited to officially announce my new focus: This new chapter is for professional women 50+ who are navigating the “what now?” moment and ready to turn decades of experience into a heart-centered life of purpose, impact, and fulfillment.
