From My Broken Heart ...

Hi,

I published a new blog post today, and I’m going to be honest: I didn’t write it from a calm place. I wrote it from the WTF energy that’s been coursing through my body as I watch what’s happening in our country right now.

I’m tired of the lies. I’m tired of the dehumanizing language. I’m tired of watching people die and then having their humanity erased in real time, as if control of the narrative matters more than truth.

Human dignity is not partisan. Truth is not optional.

If you’ve been feeling sick to your stomach too, you’re not alone.

👉 You can read the new post here.

If you feel moved to reply or comment, I’d genuinely love to hear how you’re holding all of this.

With love,
Trish

This week’s Weekly Spark invites a different question: What would your life be like if you allowed passion, not obligation, to guide your next steps? I wrote a short reflection and included gentle journaling prompts to help you notice where obligation may be draining your energy and where passion might be asking for more room. You can read this week’s blog post...

Hi! This week, we begin. I’ve created a six-step framework called the HUMBLE Pathway, a framework I use with students and clients who are navigating major life transitions and seeking more love, purpose, joy, and meaningful impact in their lives. The HUMBLE Pathway includes a series of reflective questions that guide this journey. Over the next six weeks, I’ll be sharing one question each week, along with a brief overview of the corresponding step of the Pathway. If you’d like to go a little...
