Hi! This week, we begin. I’ve created a six-step framework called the HUMBLE Pathway, a framework I use with students and clients who are navigating major life transitions and seeking more love, purpose, joy, and meaningful impact in their lives. The HUMBLE Pathway includes a series of reflective questions that guide this journey. Over the next six weeks, I’ll be sharing one question each week, along with a brief overview of the corresponding step of the Pathway. If you’d like to go a little deeper, I’ll also include a link to a blog post with additional reflection and journaling prompts. So here we go. HUMBLE Pathway Step One: Honor Your Core FoundationsReflection Question: So many people reach a crossroads and assume they’re behind, off track, or starting over. But what if nothing was wasted? What if every experience, especially the hard ones, was quietly preparing you for what’s next? This first step of the HUMBLE Pathway invites you to look back with new eyes, not to relive the past, but to recognize the wisdom, strength, and clarity you already carry forward. I’ve written this week’s Weekly Spark to help you explore this question more deeply, along with a short set of journal prompts you can use in whatever way feels right. The blog post also includes a downloadable and printable journal worksheet if you prefer to write out your reflections offline. 👉 Read this week’s Weekly Spark And if you’re ready to see how all six questions fit together, I’ll be hosting a free live webinar on January 22, 2026, from 11:30am–12:00pm, where I’ll walk through the full HUMBLE Pathway. Registration details coming soon. For now, stay with the question. One question. With love, PS If there’s someone in your world who might benefit from this series, feel free to forward this email or share this link so they can receive the Weekly Spark directly: |

Hi! Today is my birthday. It's a big one. The kind that brings big questions and big feelings. Lately, I’ve been inspired by Olympic gold medal skater Alysa Liu ... not just because she won, but because she skated for the pure joy of it. And it made me ask: What if the point is joy? Not proving. Not performing. Just building a life that feels alive. This week’s Weekly Spark is a birthday reflection on choosing joy ... on purpose. If you’re in a season of big questions too, I hope it meets you...
Hi, Have you ever felt bone tired? Not sleepy. Not lazy. Just … deeply exhausted in a way that rest doesn’t quite fix. I'm there. I wrote about it this morning. It's the kind of fatigue that comes from carrying too much for too long, and what it might actually be trying to tell you. I also included one of my favorite tools (quick, effective, go anywhere) I use to reset my nervous system when I feel like this. If that’s where you are, you’re not alone.👉 You can read it here With love,Trish
Hello, I’ve been sitting with something this week, and I suspect I’m not the only one. This week left me unsettled. I woke up this morning feeling like I should be doing more. I wrote about what surfaced. You can read it here: Choosing How to Show Up in a World That Won't Stop Shouting With you, Trish
