Your Weekly Spark: What If the Point Is Joy? A Birthday Reflection

Hi!

Today is my birthday. It's a big one. The kind that brings big questions and big feelings.

Lately, I’ve been inspired by Olympic gold medal skater Alysa Liu ... not just because she won, but because she skated for the pure joy of it.

Not proving. Not performing. Just building a life that feels alive.

This week’s Weekly Spark is a birthday reflection on choosing joy ... on purpose.

If you’re in a season of big questions too, I hope it meets you there.

And if you need a moment to quiet the noise and reconnect with what feels alive, I included my free Heart Breathing reset at the end.

With love,
Trish

What unfolded was this week's Weekly Spark ... a reflection on caregiving, self-neglect, and how easy it is to keep putting ourselves last until the body finally says no. Hi, Yesterday, I took a wrong turn and found myself on a road I hadn’t been on in eight years. This morning, a Facebook memory popped up and pulled a thread, reminding me how it all flows together ... This wasn’t something I planned to write. It just came through this morning. I felt compelled to share it: https://www.amatterofmagic.com/blog/how-the-past-finds-us#/ With love, Trisha
