Hi, This morning, I finally gave in. After two weeks of juggling allergies, asthma, and what I kept telling myself was “just a cold,” I spent the morning on the couch. Not in some noble, intentional, self-care kind of way. More like completely flattened and unable to lift my head off the pillow. What unfolded was this week's Weekly Spark ... a reflection on caregiving, self-neglect, and how easy it is to keep putting ourselves last until the body finally says no. If you’ve been carrying a lot, or tending to everyone else while quietly pushing your own needs aside, this one may speak to you. I felt compelled to share it: https://www.amatterofmagic.com/blog/how-the-past-finds-us#/ With love, Trisha
