Maybe the hallway isn’t a waiting room

Two years ago, I wrote a blog post called Embracing the Hallway.

At the time, I thought I was writing about a temporary transition.

Today, I’m realizing something I couldn’t fully see then.

Maybe the hallway was never just the place between what was and what’s next.

Maybe it was where the becoming has been happening all along.
