Hi! Sometimes the next chapter of your life doesn’t arrive as a carefully thought-out plan. Sometimes it shows up unexpectedly while you’re sipping your morning tea and scrolling your phone. That’s exactly how my next chapter began. This is the first post in a new series about reinvention, freedom, and learning to trust the feeling instead of the plan. If you’re in a season of transition yourself, I think this one might resonate. With love, P.S. At the end of the post, I’ve included a small reflection tool you can download if you’re also asking, “What might my next chapter look like?” |
I help 50+ women weave decades of experience into a heart-centered next chapter and create a life of purpose, impact, and fulfillment. I do this through my workshops, books, virtual events, and my Weekly Spark blog posts.

It changed the way I think about uncertainty, perfectionism, and getting unstuck. I wrote about it in this week’s Weekly Spark. 👉 You can read it here....
I reached my limit this week. I reached my limit and I checked out for a few days. And then I remembered something I’ve been teaching for years: It's literally my favorite formula for life E + R = OEvent + Response = Outcome. The events may be out of our control. But our response never is. So now I’m in the midst of my own quiet Response Revolution. Care to join me? You can read the short piece I wrote about it here.
