Your Weekly Spark: The Messy Middle of Reinvention

Hi there,

Over the past week, I’ve shared the first two posts in my new Road to Reinvention series. Today, I’m sharing Part 3.

The first introduced the journey itself ... my RV, the road ahead, and the deeper longing for a life that feels more aligned.

The second came through in a completely different way, inspired in that in-between space between sleep and waking. At first, it felt a little random. But the more I sat with it, the more I realized it was part of the journey too.

This week’s post brings those threads together.

It’s about the messy middle. The in-between. The tension between wanting structure and also wanting room to breathe. Between trying to build what’s next and learning to trust what is unfolding.

If you’ve ever felt like you were somewhere between what was and what’s next, this one may speak to you.

This week’s blog post is a reflection on unexpected joy and how love often lives right in the middle of ordinary life ... even when life feels hard. Hi, This morning, I finally gave in. After two weeks of juggling allergies, asthma, and what I kept telling myself was “just a cold,” I spent the morning on the couch. Not in some noble, intentional, self-care kind of way. More like completely flattened and unable to lift my head off the pillow. What unfolded was this week's Weekly Spark ... a reflection on caregiving, self-neglect, and how easy it is to keep putting ourselves last until the body finally says no. If you’ve been carrying a...

Hi, Yesterday, I took a wrong turn and found myself on a road I hadn’t been on in eight years. This morning, a Facebook memory popped up and pulled a thread, reminding me how it all flows together ... This wasn’t something I planned to write. It just came through this morning. I felt compelled to share it: https://www.amatterofmagic.com/blog/how-the-past-finds-us#/ With love, Trisha
