Hi, Last week, I stretched into learning a new technology I knew nothing about. I admit, I was a bit resistent ... but I’m proud of myself for sticking with it and creating something valuable I would not have been able to create before. This morning, I woke up inspired to reflect on that experience and what it stirred in me. Once again, I’m reminded that learning, growing, and having an impact don’t have an expiration date. Still Becoming: Why learning, growing, and having an impact don’t...

Hi there, At a workshop years ago, I heard a song lyric that stuck with me: “Just keep taking the next right step.” Later in the training, Jack Canfield explained something fascinating about airplanes. They are off course most of the time. And yet… they still reach their destination. That idea came back to me recently while renovating my RV. It changed the way I think about uncertainty, perfectionism, and getting unstuck. I wrote about it in this week’s Weekly Spark. 👉 You can read it here....

I reached my limit this week. I reached my limit and I checked out for a few days. And then I remembered something I’ve been teaching for years: It's literally my favorite formula for life E + R = OEvent + Response = Outcome. The events may be out of our control. But our response never is. So now I’m in the midst of my own quiet Response Revolution. Care to join me? You can read the short piece I wrote about it here. Hi! Today is my birthday. It's a big one. The kind that brings big questions and big feelings. Lately, I’ve been inspired by Olympic gold medal skater Alysa Liu ... not just because she won, but because she skated for the pure joy of it. And it made me ask: What if the point is joy? Not proving. Not performing. Just building a life that feels alive. This week’s Weekly Spark is a birthday reflection on choosing joy ... on purpose. If you’re in a season of big questions too, I hope it meets you...

Hi, Have you ever felt bone tired? Not sleepy. Not lazy. Just … deeply exhausted in a way that rest doesn’t quite fix. I'm there. I wrote about it this morning. It's the kind of fatigue that comes from carrying too much for too long, and what it might actually be trying to tell you. I also included one of my favorite tools (quick, effective, go anywhere) I use to reset my nervous system when I feel like this. If that’s where you are, you’re not alone.👉 You can read it here With love,Trish

Hello, I’ve been sitting with something this week, and I suspect I’m not the only one. This week left me unsettled. I woke up this morning feeling like I should be doing more. I wrote about what surfaced. You can read it here: Choosing How to Show Up in a World That Won't Stop Shouting With you, Trish

Hi, There’s a particular kind of season that doesn’t get talked about much. It’s the space between the no longer and the not yet. The old way doesn’t quite fit anymore, but the next thing hasn’t fully revealed itself. Even though nothing looks “wrong” from the outside, something inside you knows: there’s more than this. This in-between isn’t a failure. It isn’t confusion to fix. It’s often the moment just before clarity arrives. If you’re finding yourself here, questioning, sensing,...

When we hear the word legacy, it’s easy to think about the future and what we’ll leave behind someday. But what if legacy isn’t just something you leave? What if it’s something you live each and every day? This week’s Weekly Spark explores a question that’s been sitting with me: What would your life be like if you thought of legacy as something you live, not just something you leave? I wrote a short reflection on this idea, along with journaling prompts, to invite you to pause and notice how...
